Integrated Home Electronics

Integrated home electronics may sound too bizarre to be real, but then with the technological advancements made for home automation systems, it can be as possible as the concept of CCTV cameras and alarm systems that we have today.

An example of integrated home electronics is having the ability to control your home’s lighting system from a touchpad that may be located in the kitchen, which folds up under a cabinet or have your Plasma TV glide out quietly from a wall at the touch of a button on a remote control. Also, imagine a photo of anyone who comes to your house and rings your doorbell, which has a tiny camera fitted in it, and sends those photos straight to your email complete with time and date. Aside from that, homeowners can now take control of their alarm systems regardless of wherever they are in the world. This very high-end technology has been made possible by tying together Internet access with the rest of the home’s wired systems such as security, lighting, television, mechanised blinds, entertainment system, and comfort control to name a few. This allows homeowners to be the true masters of their own dwellings even while they are away.

With the use of such system, one can prepare his home even before he even gets to it. He can choose to turn on the dimming system in his bedroom to create a romantic mood, pre-heat the tub, get the right tunes playing on one’s entertainment system, roll down the blinds for privacy, and check on one’s energy usage from a touchscreen fitted in the bathroom. Indeed, it is an amazing and impressive technology that every homeowner will want to have in his home. With the competition becoming much tighter as new technologies have been introduced to the market, more and more people will be able to afford it and enjoy its benefits.
